When will I get the Delivery of my Product?
After completion of Full Payment; within 10 to 15 working days, the Product shall be delivered to the address provided by you to our Sales Team Executives.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded in the form of wallet money/ refund into account which can be used to make other purchases or refund into your account as may be preferred. The customer has to provide details of the account, Cancelled cheque, and proof of identity for initiating the refund and ensuring that the refund is done to the right party.
In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your entire order amount will be refunded, once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once the item has been delivered to you.
In order to cancel an item in your order:
- Call the Number on Website
- E-mail the cancellation request
- Submit a cancellation request on by submitting details in Message Form on website
- Personally visit our office and submit the cancellation request.
- Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible
What is the Return policy period applicable for product purchase on Genius E-Learning Technologies?
All the products under any particular category do not have any return policy in case of dissatisfaction
In case of product is damaged/defective or not working, a return policy of 10 days is allotted in case of online payment and 8 days in case of COD purchase.
Note: Return Period after Delivery is applicable if the product received is Defective or Damaged.
If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can raise a replacement request on the Website/Mobile site within the applicable Returns Policy period. In a rare event of the replacement being defective/damaged, a replacement product will be provided by us once we receive the defective/original product delivered to you before.

Returns Processing
If you’re facing any issues with a product purchased on Genius E-Learning Technologies, we shall help by verifying and trying to resolve your product issue as part of the return verification process. The Issue resolution steps may be shared with you as self-help, or with assistance overcall. We will arrange for a replacement if the issue has not been resolved.
What are the checks done by Genius E-Learning Technologies while accepting (picking up) a returned product from the customer?
Returns Pick-Up and Processing
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions.
- Correct Product
- – Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
- Complete Product
- – All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
- Unused Product
- – The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).
- Undamaged Product
- – The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
- Undamaged Packaging
- – Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
The field executive may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
For any products for which a replacement is to be given, the replacement will be processed once the returned product has been received by us.
How do I return an item purchased on Genius E-Learning Technologies?
You can return an order by following these steps:
- Call the Number on Website
- E-mail the Return request
- Submit a return request on by submitting details in Message Form on website
- Personally visit our office and submit the product

The item you wish to return will be sent by post/courier from your end.
Replacement Initiated:
The replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up.
Important:
– Please ensure that the correct and complete product is handed over
– The product should also be in unused, undamaged and original condition
– Returned product should include everything from the originally delivered package including price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies and accessories
– You can ship the product through any other courier.
Returns are subject to the return policy that is applicable to the product category.

If you have received a product in a damaged or defective condition or if it is not working, you can make use of Genius E-Learning Technologies Replacement Guarantee to get a brand new replacement at no extra cost!
